Our Philosophy
San Diego Danceworks goal is to provide an environment that encourages students and families to come and explore all the different ways there are to dance, and to be creative and expressive through dance. We support and nurture each student's unique and special qualities while striving to create a meaningful performing arts experience.

This class serves as a perfect introduction for our youngest students. Stretch-n-Grow stresses coordination skills and developmental fitness as it enriches our students' lives with a love of creative movement at an early age. We emphasize fundamental motor skills, sense of rhythm, music awareness and fun for both boys and girls. Each class includes a lesson and handout. Topics include nutrition, muscle groups, types of movement and exercise. We incorporate games, props and instruments into our fun routines. There is no waiting in line, everybody participates all the time.
"Adventure in Movement" classes begin Saturday February 16.
